also Central League
overview |
Following the collapse of the Central
Combination in 1903, four clubs – Dunblane, King’s
Park, Strathallan and Vale of Teith
– formed a new Central League competition. In 1904-05, the latter two clubs
dropped out and three other clubs joined. All the clubs were also members of
other established leagues, and the competition was seen as a supplementary
league much like the Inter City and Glasgow Leagues that existed at the time. |
